At ACTI-MENU, motivating and equipping people so that they can take charge of their own health is the basis of our mission.

Intended for health-care professionals, who distribute them to their patients at consultations when relevant, all our publications are developed in collaboration with experts, under the strict supervision of a scientific committee. They therefore reflect the most current knowledge as well as the guidelines and recommendations of authorities in matters of health, while remaining accessible to the general public. A number of our brochures contain a questionnaire that allows readers to test their knowledge of the theme being dealt with or to evaluate their own risk factors.
